What’s included in our residential snow removal contracts?
Up to 2 shovels per 24 hours
Driveway + sidewalk snow removal for anything over 2 cm of snow
Ice removal (within reasonable scope)
Salt any remaining ice and walkways
Evening or early morning priority for additional fee
Option to pay on a monthly basis or a per snowfall basis
Flexibility to choose your contract start date
10% Discount for you and your neighbour when services are booked together!
Our Pricing
2 Car Driveway + Pathway to Front Door
Monthly Contract: $130.00 + GST per month
Per Snowfall Contract: $30.00 + GST per snowfall
3 Car Driveway + Pathway to Front Door
Monthly Contract: $145.00 + GST per month
Per Snowfall Contract: $35.00 + GST per snowfall
Additional Services
Snowfall events over 20cm will be charged at an additional 30%
Corner lots with excessive sidewalks are charged an extra fee
Snow and ice removal off of vehicles for $5 per vehicle
Backyard walkways and patio snow removal
Residential Snow Removal Service Areas
We offer snow removal services to the Arbour Lake, Citadel, Hamptons, Hawkwood, Kincora, Royal Oak, Rocky Ridge, Tuscany, Edgemont, Panorama, Nolan Hill, Sage Hill and Aspen communities. If you are outside of these communities, please reach out for a free quote!
